What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 3:00pm. Guests that arrive to the resort earlier may enter and enjoy the pools, hot springs, spa, swim-up bars and the tasty menu of our La Saca Restaurant. Take advantage of our facilities while we prepare your guest room.
Check out time is 12:00 noon. Guests who wish to stay longer may check out of the guest room and have lunch at the restaurant or enjoy the pool areas until 6:00pm.
Are there "All-Inclusive" packages available?
We currently don’t offer an “All-Inclusive” options.
Are there natural hot springs?
We feature natural thermal hot springs at our property. A large pool for adults, a smaller one for kids, a jacuzzi as well as our newly built adults-only ponds. Access to hot springs is free for all our guests.
Is there wi-fi access?
Yes, we offer free access to our high speed wi-fi network. All suites and common areas have strong signal thanks to our well distributed access points.
What is the maximum occupancy per suite?
Chato Suite: 4 people, 2 Queen size beds.
Premium Suite: 2 people, 1 King size bed.
Superior Suite: 4 people, 2 Queen size beds.
Junior Suite: 4 people, 2 Queen size beds.
Standard Suite: 2 people, 1 Queen size bed.
Do you offer transportation to/from the resort?
We will gladly coordinate shared or private transportation for you to/from airports or any other destination in the country. Please contact us for additional information.
Are pets accepted in the resort?
As much as we love pets, our resort is not conditioned for receiving pets so currently we don’t accept them.
Is there room service available?
Yes, room service is available from 10AM to midnight.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept both US dollars and Colones currencies as well as major credit/debit cards as payment. We are also one of the few hotels in Costa Rica that accepts Bitcoin.
Are meals served à la carte or buffet style?
Breakfast is buffet-style.
Other meals are à la carte, but, they may be switched to buffet-style depending on resort’s occupancy.
Is it possible to cook in the suites?
Our suites are not conditioned for cooking, however, they do feature a coffee/tea-maker so you may enjoy a freshly brewed cup.
Do you offer tours?
Yes, we are local experts of the activities in the area. We can provide recommendations based on your needs/preferences and arrange the best tours itinerary for you.
