Third-party agencies often have their own cancellation policies and procedures, which may differ from ours. Therefore, it is important to reach out to the agency through which you made your booking to ensure that you understand their policies and procedures.
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we want to provide our guests with flexibility and peace of mind. That’s why we offer a straightforward cancellation policy that allows you to cancel your reservation without incurring any charges, subject to the following conditions:
Low season (May, June, September, October, and from November 1st to December 15th)
You can cancel your reservation up to 15 days before your scheduled check-in date. If you cancel within this time frame, you will not be charged any cancellation fees.
High season (from January 4th to April 30th, July, and August)
You can cancel your reservation up to 21 days before your scheduled check-in date without any cancellation fees.
Holiday season (from December 16th to January 3rd)
You can cancel your reservation up to 60 days before your scheduled check-in date without any cancellation fees.
Please note that any cancellations made outside of these time frames will be subject to our standard cancellation policy, and you may be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the total cost of your reservation.
