Welcome to Arenal Manoa Hot Springs Resort & Spa (“Arenal Manoa Hotel”). Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”) carefully as they govern your use of our website located at www.arenalmanoa.com (“the site”) and the services provided on the site. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the site, property of Ganadera Manoa de La Fortuna S.A., a Costa Rican company.
By using the site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not and should not use the site or any services provided by Arenal Manoa Hotel through the site.

Payment Policy
All payments are due at the time of booking. Arenal Manoa Hotel accepts all major credit/debit card brands including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payments with Bitcoin cryptocurrency.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and the services offered by Arenal Manoa Hotel are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Arenal Manoa Hotel makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site or the services provided by Arenal Manoa Hotel.
